Psychiatry that honors your story
Dr. Roff brings a distinctive perspective to psychiatry shaped by her earlier career as a professor of literature. Her background continues to inform her clinical work through a deep appreciation for the ways stories and memory shape people’s lives.
She earned her medical degree from OHSU and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine, where she received specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is currently an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at OHSU.
Dr. Roff’s practice focuses primarily on psychiatric evaluation and medication management, integrated with supportive, collaborative conversations that help patients feel understood and actively engaged in their care. She strives to create a warm, attentive environment where people are listened to with care and respect.
Outside of work, she enjoys writing, gardening, and the landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
